I’ve long contended that Scott “Wino” Weinrich is one of the great singer-songwriters of our generation. Nowhere is this more evident than in his first band, 40-year strong doom legends THE OBSESSED.

Fortunately, Blues Funeral Recordings is paying homage to the band’s greatness by issuing their classic album Incarnate in a remastered “Ultimate Edition” exclusively for Record Store Day, which you should all have on your calendars: October 24th.
