Next week in NYC, he will continue his event series celebrating AAPI month following an event at underground gallery Chinatown Soup, with a stripped down performance and tasting menu with a mix of Taiwanese and Texan dishes by Kristy Chen of supper club Thank You For Coming at Bushwick Test Kitchen - give a shout if you'll be in town!
