The Link List function generates individual access links for each recipient. Every link is tied to a specific person, so stream and download activity is attributed individually — not aggregated across a shared link.

- Public Playlist — open access without login or tracking
Statistics Are Permanent
Activity data is stored permanently in your PromoJukeBox account. There is no expiry on historical statistics — you can review engagement data from any mailing at any time.

Statistics are included in all plans that support promo mailings: Label Pro Enterprise and One Product. Artist profile statistics are available across all paid plans.

Can I see who streamed a specific track? Yes. Statistics are broken down per track and per recipient.
How long are statistics stored? Permanently. There is no expiry on mailing statistics.
Can I export statistics? PromoJukeBox provides PDF reports for product mailings. Individual activity data is accessible directly in the platform.
Does tracking work if a recipient forwards the email? IP Lock prevents unauthorized forwarding by tying access to the first IP address that opened the link. If a link is forwarded and accessed from a different IP, the new recipient must verify via the original recipient's email address — protecting the integrity of your tracking data.
Can I track activity on FileJukeBox shared folders? Public Share and File Transfer links do not include recipient tracking by design. Link List generates individual tracked links per recipient for promo products.
